Abstract
According to the regulation of the mayor of Kediri number 50 of 2016 CHAPTER II concerning position and organizational structure, the Social Service is the implementing element government affairs in the social sector. Social Service headed by a Head The service which is under and responsible to the Mayor through Regional Secretary. As a social assistance officer, there is a need for monitoring and evaluation of assistance for assistance channeled on target and the quality of budget absorption is optimal. The monitoring process is carried out by the community as both recipients supervisor. Then the next evaluation is carried out by officers from the Social Service as follows: distributor of aid funds, whether the aid funds have been right on target or not. Therefore, this research will design and build an application monitoring and evaluation of social funds at the Kediri City Social Service Kota Web-based. This system is in the form of public complaints regarding recipient data Social Service assistance using Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS). Through this application, the public can make complaints related to data that already exists in DTKS and data that does not yet exist in the future DTKS The complaint will be followed up by the officer.
