Abstract

This study examines how Resource-Based View (RBV) utilizing the VRIO framework becomes a strategy to enhance the competitiveness of CV Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia in the food and beverage industry. The focus is on identifying and understanding the strategic resources and internal capabilities of the company that can provide a competitive advantage. The research employs a quantitative descriptive methodology involving observation, interviews, and data analysis. The findings reveal that Delicia possesses 13 resources and 8 capabilities that contribute to a competitive advantage in infrastructure activities, HRM activities, Product Innovation, and Brand Reputation activities, such as production and distribution, financial resources, organizational capabilities, and company management. The identified results are utilized for strategic planning to assist Mubarokfood in achieving sustainable competitive advantages. This evaluation also emphasizes the importance of investing in information technology, financial management, customer relationship management, data and digital strategies, and performance management.
