Abstract
This research aims to determine the success of SDG Villages in the economic sector in implementing Smart Village in Ketapang Village, Banyuwangi Regency. The research method uses a qualitative and descriptive approach using Giffinger's theory. Data was collected through interviews with key informants, observation, and documentation. The results obtained in this research are a) Lack of guidance and socialization regarding entrepreneurship and making products independently, b) The community can create and utilize the wealth of natural resources they have, c) Government officials have less than optimal responsibility, d) Village communities Ketapang can produce goods well and utilize the natural resources they have, e) MSMEs who want to export their merchandise must create a Limited Liability Company (PT), and f) The local government has provided an online sales page on the Smart Kampung application. However, community responsibility in the use of technology still needs to be improved.
