Abstract
Preparation and calculation of the Budget Plan (RAB) on Residential construction is very complicated and takes a long time because There are many variables that must be carefully considered, such as the type of work, volume of work, unit price of work, materials, and others. Services for making RAB is considered expensive. While the use of tools or software to calculate The current RAB is not easy to use by ordinary people because lack of instructions on how to calculate and measure each type of work. Therefore, an application for calculating the RAB for residential construction was built web based with codeigniter framework. With the SNI method that takes data from AHSP SNI which always follows the development of national standards or technical specifications of construction work. For reference prices for each material and type house construction work in making RAB. The results targeted in this study are in the form of an application for calculating RAB which will make it easier to make a development budget plan home.
