Abstract
Polindes Balongrejo has regular activity which such as immunization of infants. The mmunization is recorded manually in the book named KIA, and immunization report babies recorded by the village midwife herself. This process has some flaws such as non efficient and high risk of losing the data because the data is stored in the form of paper. Therefore it takes a newborn immunization information system can overcome these problems. In addition the system of SMS Gateway features need to be added to the immunization schedule to inform parents of the baby. This thesis aims to produce infant immunization information system with the features of the SMS Gateway. SMS Gateway can be interpreted as a link to traffic data of SMS. With this system the midwife and the officers can enter the baby's immunization data into the system directly. The existence of this SMS Gateway features, a midwife can inform the infant immunization schedule to all parents of babies with the aim to remind the implementation of the immunization will be carried out in the village of Balongrejo. In addition, with this system the parents could see the baby's immunization history respectively. Infant immunization system has been created using the method waterfall. The first stages of method is to make an analysis of the problems and needs of users. The second stage, is to make the design of the system to give an overview of the system that was created to make it easier to understand the flow and process systems. The third stage is coding, this system is created using the PHP programming language and the database is Mysql. Gammu was used to develop SMS Gateway feature. The last stage is testing with black-box testing as well as implementation of the system are made. With the baby's immunization system with the features of SMS Gateway is expected to help smooth the process of immunization in the village of Balongrejo. Immunization record-keeping the previously manual can be recorded directly with this system. In addition each baby's parents can receive information about the immunization schedule will be implemented. Keywords: Immunization Of Infants, Information System, SMS Gateway.
