Abstract

Bumiaji sub-district is located in a slope area with the topography of all villages classified as hilly. As an area that has a hilly topography. Intensive agriculture in Bumiaji is one of the problems that exist in the area, The increasing intensity of land use does not automatically have an impact on soil damage, soil management management has a role in reducing the impact of soil damage. The chemical properties determined are texture, pH, C-organic, P2O5, CEC, Base Saturation, K-dd. The results showed that the soil fertility capability in Wonosalam sub- district has varying top soil and sub soil texture classes, namely, L, LC, CL, and C, modifiers consisting of K (Potassium fixation), H (acid pH), E (Base Saturation) and slope. Efforts needed to improve soil fertility are K fertilization to increase K content, maintaining soil pH by applying dolomite lime, and applying organic fertilizers to each land use.
