Abstract
Bank Indonesia KPw East Java in order to implement the program public education regarding the duties of Bank Indonesia. Bank Indonesia receive community visits and internships to provide opportunities for students to learn and develop themselves through direct involvement in the implementation of tasks at Bank Indonesia. Internship and visiting administrative activities with some limitations on Bank Indonesia KPw East Java is currently still done manually and data recapitulation still uses books, in the case of news reporting regarding the information to be disseminated by Bank Indonesia is still limited in its spread. The flow that the administration has is sufficient long and risky not channeling registrant data and difficult to implement established boundaries, reciprocity between parties also requires a long time and the data is not stored properly. For this reason, an internship and visit administration information system was created which covers the administrative process from registration to approval and also media for reporting so that the administrative process flow for internships and visits can be optimized. Website-based internship and visit administration information system. The research method used in this study has a starting stage from interviews, literature studies, system design by applying SDLC The V-Model is divided into 5 stages of design and 4 stages of testing.
