Abstract
Cooperative employees of PT. Eloda Mitra is one of thousands of cooperatives employees in Indonesia which was founded on the principle of kinship and aims to welfare of fellow members. To achieve this goal, cooperatives employees provide loan services to members, with minimal capital comes from the savings of cooperative members. Along with the development of the data age there are more and more cooperatives and the transactions are getting bigger so it slows down cooperative management performance. Therefore, this research aims to improve performance and transparency of funds by developing systems web-based employee cooperative information. System development is carried out using the waterfall SDLC method includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation and testing system. System design is done by making flowcharts, data flow diagrams, conceptual data models, and physical data models. At stage In its implementation, the system will use a web platform that is compiled with PHP programming language and using MySQL database. Whereas for system testing is done using the black-box method. Results This research is a cooperative information system for employees of Pt. Eloda Mitra web-based that covers all the business needs of cooperatives and can accessed by all members so that the delivery of information becomes faster. From the research that has been done, the system has been successful implement the Employee Cooperative Information System of PT. Eloda Partners. Suggestions were also obtained for system development, namely the addition of methods loan interest, additional costs and VAT calculations and other rules according to Indonesian cooperative provisions.
