Abstract
The development of technology is currently a challenge for all business sectors including banking to improve services to be more efficient, thus giving banks the impetus to continue to grow. Jenius is the first pioneer of digital banks in Indonesia whose registration and account opening processes can be done online. Researchers saw several complaints from Jenius users such as complaints related to the slowness of the application, QR scans, e-wallet top-ups, and transactions. This study aims to evaluate the user experience of the Jenius application. In this study, researchers used the UEQ method to measure user experience. The sampling technique to determine the number of samples used the Slovin formula with a sample size of 410 people. The results of the measurement show that the mean value of the attractiveness scale (1.59), clarity scale (1.66), efficiency scale (1.54), accuracy scale (1.34), stimulation scale (1.43), and novelty scale (1.16). All UEQ measurement scales have a mean value above 0.80 which means the evaluation results are positive, in accordance with the mean evaluation assessment in the UEQ method. Meanwhile, the results of the benchmark analysis of the Jenius application against other applications show that there are 2 scales, namely clarity and accuracy, which have benchmark scores above average with a value of 1.67 and 1.34. This shows that the Jenius application is good enough to meet user needs, but improvement is still needed for both scales.
