Abstract
This study discusses the implementation of the Supply Chain Management Information System in the Pharmacy Warehouse of RS Rahman Rahim, Sidoarjo. In the era of globalization, company competition extends beyond internal factors and involves supply chain networks. As a healthcare service provider, RS Rahman Rahim faces challenges in the detailed recording of pharmaceuticals. The research aims to formulate problems, analyze the documentation of supply chain management, and utilize the waterfall model in designing the information system. Fieldwork practices are conducted to enhance the quality of prospective professionals, train students in handling information technology issues, and contribute to community institution development. The conclusion indicates that this Information System, based on desktop technology using C Sharp (C#) and SQL Server database, successfully simplifies the recording of pharmaceutical details. The system can be used by administrators for drug data management, including input, modification, and deletion of data, contributing positively to the efficiency of the supply chain and pharmaceutical management at RS Rahman Rahim.
