Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of a startup innovation strategy in the form of a futuristic concept of digital services, environmentally friendly, and the quality advantages offered on customer satisfaction. Another objective is to determine the characteristics of consumers and the implementation of the Lean Startup Method (LSM) at Fore Coffee in Surabaya. This study using qualitative and quantitative approaches with descriptive analysis techniques and Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) with software SmartPLS 3 as an analysis tool. There are 4 variables and 15 indicators (3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable), then the minimum sample size is 15 x 6 = 90 samples. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. Judgmental sampling method used with criteria ranging in age from 20 to 40 years and purchasing coffee based beverages to determine sample. The results of this study indicate that the Futuristic Concept plays a significant role in influencing consumer satisfaction of Fore coffee. Quality excellence has the most significant effect on consumer satisfaction Fore coffee. Environmentally friendly factors do not significantly influence customer satisfaction on Fore coffee Surabaya. The highest consumers are men with 58%, age range 25-29, most of them are single and bachelor, most of the respondents' work as an employees and entrepreneurs/ freelancers, 57% of respondents have an income above Rp. 4,500,000. Based on the results of interviews and literature studies, the application of lean startup methods conducted by Fore Coffee is still not optimal. Of the three lean startup model methods, the measure (build, measure, learn) stage is a process that has not been carried out optimally in measuring customer satisfaction.
