Abstract
Designing a 2D Animation Video for Dealing with Mental Health Problems for Adolescents 18-22 Years by Getting to Know Yourself through Video-based media aimed especially at early teens, moving against the background of early teens who are experiencing a transition period who tend to lack self-recognition, and also lack sensitivity in caring for health problems in early adolescence. Finally, a short educational video is needed on how to maintain mental health by knowing yourself So we got the video title "Peace in Knowing Yourself" with verbal and visual concepts applied to the main media, namely 2D Animation Video and supporting media in the form of stickers, t-shirts and posters.
