Abstract
The Wijaya Putra Surabaya High School Library Information System is a system that plays an important role in improving the quality of the book ordering process, borrowing and returning books, as well as completing administration. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out testing to find out whether the new system is running according to its functionality and can detect any functional errors at the start so that the system can be repaired immediately so that it runs more optimally and the system is suitable for use. Testing focuses on system functionality using Black Box Testing with Equivalence Partitioning and Boundary Value Analysis methods. The use of the Equivalence Partitioning technique in the Wijaya Putra Surabaya High School Library Information System is more dominant for testing data entry features and features in the form of options. Meanwhile, the Boundary Value Analysis technique is more dominant for testing features that have a certain range of character values. The results of testing the Wijaya Putra Surabaya High School Library Information System obtained an effectiveness value of 84.65%, which means the value is in the very effective category, recommendations for improvements and design of necessary improvements.
