Abstract
The Human Resources System in a company is important for the smooth running of organizational tasks, smooth administrative activities and being a supporting element for the implementation of the functions of management of an organization. Bukit Darmo Golf Surabaya in the field of party venue rental business in collecting attendance data for part-time workers is still done manually or written by hand, This results in several problems that arise such as manipulation of attendance data, Damage to files or presentation forms, and vagueness in writing the Attendance. With these problems, this study aims to create a website-based information system for attendance and payroll data administration of part-time workers to be able to assist in managing attendance data, part-time worker salary data, part-time worker data management, and managing existing events. The attendance and payroll administration information system is designed using the Waterfall method including communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. The system will be built using the code Igniter 4 framework and the tests will use the black-box testing method. From the research that has been done, it has succeeded in creating a Attendance and Payroll Administration Information System that can assist the Admin (Person in Charge of HR) in managing attendance data, salary data, part-time worker data, and event data.
