Abstract
Telkom Indonesia Regional Division 5 is the regional office of Salah one of the largest state-owned companies in Indonesia. Telkom Indonesia Regional Division 5 plays an important role in all transactions and business processes in the Java area East and Bali, and is responsible for all subsidiaries and business partners in the area. All possible stakeholders requires access to services, but many stakeholders caused several problems for the company. Stakeholders who requiring access allows fraud to be committed within account authorization on the service due to large amounts. To avoid there was fraud in applying for access to several services, Telkom Indonesia Regional Division 5 certainly requires a capable integration system creating a system that can monitor all account authorization application processes The Account Submission Information System can be a solution for stakeholders, where the account application authorization process can be carried out by: integrated. The application will help with the entire account application process tracking any fraud, as well as increasing the efficiency of internal stakeholders submit an account application. Application development will later be carried out with waterfall model method. Implementation of application development is carried out through CodeIgniter framework 4. The results of application development will be used by the Regional Network Operations Division at Telkom Indonesia Regional 5 as an information system for submitting accounts for all stakeholders involved in business needs in accordance with the services requested.
