Abstract
Property and real estate companies are one of the business sectors that will help economic progress in Indonesia with investors as supporters who will receive benefits in the form of dividends according to the proportion owned. The factors that cause companies to distribute dividends are high debt ratios, the company's ability to pay its short-term obligations when due, the size of a company. This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, liquidity, and company size on dividend policy in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 11 property and real estate companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022 which were selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS version 26.0 program to process research data. The analysis results prove that all independent variables have a contribution to the dependent variable. Keywords: Dividend Policy; Leverage; Liquidity; Company Size
