Abstract
PT. Git Solution is one of the business entities belonging to AMIKOM UNIVERSITY Yogyakarta which operates in development planning and information system development services on a national scale and is ready to compete internationally, supported by superior and experienced human resources in the field and prioritizing creative, innovative technology in every service. and quality products for customer satisfaction. In the current pandemic situation, it is very necessary to adapt and accelerate this new habit so that we continue to be creative and innovate to achieve what is expected. In response to this, PT. GIT Solution plans to release 60 products in the form of applications and games within 6 months. The creation of application and game products will be useful as acceleration and also to increase enthusiasm in the creative industry in the apps development sector in general, as well as acceleration and adaptation to work patterns in the new normal era for PT. GIT Solution in particular. Looking at the plan above, quite a lot of energy is needed. This company opens various vacancies in technical divisions such as 2D Artist, 3D Artist, 3D Generalist, Android Developer, Android Programmer, Data Analyst, IOS Developer, UI/UX Designer, Unity 3D Programmer, QA Software, QA Game, web Developer. Not only does it require personnel in the technical part of making applications, but also other divisions that can support the running of projects and product marketing, such as Project Manager, Digital Content, Digital Marketing, Social Engagement and Graphic Designer.
