Abstract
Livin is a mobile banking application provided by PT. The new Bank X was released in October 2021. The purpose of this mobile banking application is to make it easier for customers to carry out financial transactions through their smart phones. The problem of errors in Livin mobile banking caused many users to be uncomfortable and unable to transact, some users stated that errors often occur and some users also criticized the menu display that is difficult to understand and use. Based on these complaints, it is indicated on the part of PT. Bank X can not yet be said to be successful in implementing the livin application as mobile banking. In order for the information system to be successful in implementation, it is necessary to analyze the success factors of the implementation of the Livin Application based on the perspective of its users using ISSM Delone Mclean so that later it can be known what factors can affect user satisfaction and their influence on the intention to continue using Livin Application. Based on the results of the research carried out, it is known that the factors that influence the success of Livin application are Trust and User satisfaction, which two indicators are influenced by System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Structural Assurance and Task Characteristic.
