Abstract
Current business development cannot be separated from its important role information systems. The development of information systems is used as a tool to overcome business competition. Many business sectors have started implementing applications to support its business processes, including pharmacies. Based on the product category, possible applications are implemented in pharmacies is a type of Point of Sales Software. Some business branches are still relatively new to using the system information to support its business processes, including the Aplikasi Retail Apotek Mutiara. With this application, the information provided by the system can be processed more quickly, accurately and effectively, compared to being worked on manually. With a large customer volume and a strong competitive business environment, Apotek Mutiara hopes the application can support it the best service for its customers compared to retail applications its competitors. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the success of the application. This is to scientifically prove the success of the Aplikasi Retail Apotek Mutiara uses the Information System Success Model (ISSM) concept proposed by DeLone and McLean. This thesis attempts to analyze what factors influence it successfulness of implementation of this application at Apotek Mutiara. Data was collected by conducted a survey of 43 employees who work in all Apotek Mutiara branches, then analyzed with the DeLone & McLean. The research results show that System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality influences the successfullness of Aplikasi Retail Apotek Mutiara.
