Abstract
The Documentation and Information Network (JASINFO) is a system built for document management in one of the BUMN companies and as a forum for connecting documents from all gardens with the company. By knowing the important role of the JASINFO application in the document management process in one of the BUMN companies and the results of interviews with the head of the IT subdivision of the company, it is necessary to test the system to ensure the application runs according to functionality and find undiscovered errors to anticipate the occurrence of errors. find errors that have not been found to anticipate future future errors. Testing using black box techniques equivalence partitioning technique, this technique is very suitable for testing the JASINFO application because the features contained in the application are an input form, while the white box to test the input form, while the white box to test the program code uses basic path testing with the flowgraph method. path testing with flowgraph notation, cyclomatic complexity, and deriving test cases. deriving test cases. Based on the test results, 16 program code functions were found functions that are not in accordance with the expected results and the majority of the forms are not handled by the system if there are input fields. There is no handling from the system if there are empty input fields. The result of testing obtained an application effectiveness value of 88.12% and recommendations for improvement to optimize application functionality. improvements to optimize application functionality.
