Abstract
In the modern era, various wash services, especially motorbike washing services, cars, clothes and shoes developed very rapidly. Unfortunately various wash services In particular, motorbike, car, clothes and shoe washing services are currently still inadequate effective. The aim of this thesis is to design various wash services applications produces good usability on Android-based mobile platforms. This thesis will discuss mobile application interface design with using the design thinking method. This method focuses on interests humans as users bring new innovations. The design evaluation stage will be carried out based on recommendations from ISO 9241-11 in measurements. Result of testing after producing final values from two iterations on twenty providers washing services with an effectiveness value of 97.25%, efficiency of 97.59%, and ten users (buyers) with an effectiveness value of 97.5%, efficiency 94.14%, then in the aspect of thirty respondents produces a Satisfaction (SUS) value of 82.83 which is the result of usability categorized into good or excellent
