Abstract
This study in background by a communication problem in an organization is very important, especially communication in realizing the sense of employee loyalty. Effective communication will create employee loyalty within an organization. With the creation of employee loyalty in the hotel mercure grand mirama Surabaya will be able to improve the performance of employees. The focus of research in this thesis is 1.analysis of the implementation of organizational communication in hotel mercure grand mirama Surabaya, 2.Analisis of the improvement of employee performance after the implementation of organizational communication on employee loyalty at the hotel mercure grand mirama Surabaya, 3.Analisis of organizational communication barriers to loyalty employees at the hotel mercure grand mirama Surabaya. Type of research used is case study research (case study). The research data is taken from the primary data source that is the data obtained directly from the research subjects of Hotel Mercure Grand Mirama Surabaya, while the secondary data in the form of books, journals, and other writings that have relevance to the problem. Data collection is done on natural setting (natural conditions) and more data collection techniques on observation, interview, and documentation. While data analysis using descriptive method of analysis that is activity or analysis of information which emphasize its activity on document research, analyze its application and its performance.
