Abstract
In criminal acts, participation often occurs among corruption, especially in Indonesia. In the current era, one of the most important forms of participation in eradicating corruption and facilitating and accelerating the arrest of the facts of the crime that occurred is the Justice Collaborator. In this study, the author uses a normative juridical research method with data collection techniques used to solve the formulation problems, namely official documents, regulations, literature or official books. The analysis of the data used is descriptive analytical of the primary and secondary data. The purpose of this study is to analyze the shape of participation in justice collaborators in criminal acts of corruption and legal protection for perpetrators of justice collaborator participation in corruption crime. From the research, it can be concluded that the concept of justice collaborator in In essence, this is the same as the concept of participation in the corruption case itself reporting the case to law enforcement officers occurred in several possibilities such as, as a person who participates with others doing corruption, people commit corruption on the advice of people and people who help others commit corruption. The role of a justice collaborator witness is very important important and needed to eradicate corruption, because by the existence of justice collaborator itself is nothing but a witness to the perpetrators of the crime criminal acts that can reveal the mastermind or mastermind behind the crime greater corruption so that it is expected to solve criminal acts menyelesaikan especially corruption easily.
