Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of bonek and bonita communication in the Bonek Brigade Surabaya community. Data analysis was done by interactive analysis of Miles and Huberman model. The result of the research shows that the effectiveness of bonek and bonita communication in Bonek Brigade community is known from several things, among others: a) Openness ie communicating in the direction of communication and there is no cover-up; talking what is, honest and speaking does not reduce and overload what is being seen on the ground; emphasize honest attitude in communicating; communicate and convey in accordance with the feelings and thoughts of the communicating parties; b) Empathy (empathy) is to show appropriate gestures and facial expressions; understanding the other person's feelings; does not offend the other person; active involvement of bonek and bonita sides in communication in the Bonek Brigade community by continuing to communicate with each other; c) Supportive attitude (ie supportiveness) is always describing something that is known in the field and based on the facts that occur; not dropping each other while communicating; and to communicate spontaneously and not artificially; d) Positive attitude (positiveness) is to instill a positive attitude from within each member; always build a pleasant communication atmosphere; as well as attitude always positive thinking also with our interlocutor so that communication can run maximally; and e) Equality (equality) is not to elevate the status or positions carried because each party is entitled to be given the same and flat information and do not drop each other when communicating.
