Abstract
Sustainable business practices are a form of responsibility for multinational companies in the midst of commitments to implement SDGs by countries affected by business expansion in running their production systems. This continues to encourage multinational companies to link their business operating standards with continuous innovation. IKEA is one of the multinational companies that uses a sustainable business innovation model called IWAY Standard to realize its commitment to implementing SDGs in the industrial and agricultural sectors, especially cotton. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by providing an overview of the case studies that will be researched and analyzing existing data. The data source used is secondary data. This research uses the concept of Sustainable Business (Sustainable Business Model Innovation) to identify the implementation of the IWAY Standard in meeting the needs for IKEA cotton raw materials from supplier countries. The results of this research are that by utilizing the IWAY Standard sustainable business strategy, the multinational company IKEA can carry out its environmental, social and economic responsibilities through the use of sustainable cotton raw materials from 2015-2022. This sustainable business strategy also provides sustainable value to IKEA which is also implemented through Sustainable Value Propositions Innovation, Sustainable Value Creation & Delivery, and Sustainable Value Capture Innovation. Keywords: Sustainable Business, IWAY Standard, and Cotton Raw Materials.
