Abstract
The Telemedicine Information System is a technology so that patients can discuss with doctors privately, without having to meet the doctor in person. This research aims to design and build a web-based telemedicine information system which can later support predetermined business processes to make them simpler and save time and energy. This research method uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews and observations at the Haji Surabaya Hospital, Nur Afiyah Building. This system development uses the waterfall method. The research results show that the design of the Telemedicine Information System website produces 9 (nine) results using MySQL database tables and can build a system using structured programming (PHP Native) and implement existing business processes at RSUD Haji Surabaya.
