Abstract
Bumiaji District's Giripurno Village is situated southeast of Batu City. Farmers make up the bulk of the population in Giripurno village. Horticultural, food, and TOGA plants are among the cultivated plants. The community of Giripurno Village generates a significant amount of organic waste as a result of its activities. Waste is the residue left over from a process that poses a health and environmental risk. Cultivating BSF maggots can be used for organic waste processing and management. Giripurno village's organic waste is used as the primary feed for BSF maggots in order to optimize its potential. Appropriate technology (TTG) in the form of an organic waste chopping machine is required to maximize cultivation. The community of Giripurno village hopes to boost its economy by trading BSF Maggot products, and it believes that using proper technology (TTG) will expedite efforts to minimize the amount of organic waste in the village.
