Abstract
In general, law enforcement is a process of trying to the enforcement or proper functioning of legal norms as guidelines behave. In traffic accidents, the main cause is negligence by motorists, causing losses. In this is law enforcement on traffic accidents regulated in articles 310 and 311 Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. The main problem that the author discusses is, regarding the form of negligence that committed by motorized vehicle drivers resulting in a traffic accident traffic, as well as law enforcement for motorized vehicle drivers who his negligence resulted in a traffic accident under the Act Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. Research methods which the author uses is normative juridical, research based on sources data in the form of applicable laws and regulations, journals or articles and legal theories and concepts and views of legal scholars leading, which aims to be able to find answers by analyzing or compare one to another. Law enforcement criminal penalties for motorized vehicle drivers who, due to their negligence, resulting in a traffic accident is analyzed by using current regulations. The results of this study can be seen from the form of negligence of the driver and also law enforcement for the driver which due to negligence resulted in a traffic accident.
