Abstract
With the development of times and the emergence of new companies in global business, industrial competition is increasingly high. Every company strives to produce products with quality, price and timely delivery, requiring an effective and efficient production system. PT Petrokimia Gresik, as the most complete fertilizer producer in Indonesia, has three factory locations that produce various products. Field Work Practices at the Industrial Engineering Department of UPN "Veteran" East Java provide practical experience to students, allowing them to be directly involved in the world of work. This program prepares students to apply theoretical knowledge, especially in production system technology and production management. With Field Work Practices, it is hoped that students can gain knowledge, experience and industrial understanding that supports competition in the free market after graduating.
