Abstract
This study aims to analyze how well the company's supply chain performance CV. Jaya Mandiri Award. In an effort to measure the level of company performance, researchers used the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) methodology. Object This research is a manufacturing company engaged in the food sector. This research lasts for 6 months, starting in October 2019 and ending in March 2020. The results of this study show the majority of supply chain performance this company for 6 months has performed in a good category, but in the division return of product requires special attention in improvement efforts because in the division is in the bad category.
