Abstract

One of the efforts of the local government of West Java Province to optimize regional independence is through optimizing regional revenues and providing a higher proportion of budget allocation in various sectors that are considered productive for the process of advancing the region. This study aims to see the effect of Regional Original Income, Profit Sharing Fund and General Allocation Fund on Capital Expenditure in West Java Province. Researchers used secondary data documentation methods sourced from the DJPK data portal of the Ministry of Finance and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Java Province. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with classical assumptions of Best Linear Unbiased Estimate using the EViews 10 program. The results of the study show that the local native income have a positive and significant influence on capital expenditure. Meanwhile, the profit sharing fund and spesific allocation fund has no influence on capital expenditure.
