Abstract
Various issues regarding environmental problems have an impact on business trends. Currently business trends have changed rapidly due to the competitive environment. It is not enough for companies to be measured in terms of financial but also environmental performance. This research aims to empirically test and analyze the influence of CSR on Environmental Performance with Environmental Strategy and Green Capability as Mediating Variables. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is manufacturing companies registered in Indonesia, with a sample size of 169. The type of data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires sent via e-mail and the help of a third person. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Square with the help of the SmarPLS4 application software version 4.0.9.4. The research results state that CSR influences Environmental Performance, Environmental Strategy and Green Capability. Then Environmental Strategy and Green Capability influence Environmental Performance. Furthermore, Environmental Strategy mediates the relationship between CSR and Environmental Performance, but Green Capability does not mediate the relationship between CSR and Environmental Performance.
