Abstract
ABSTRACT Mustard (Brassica junceae L.) is one of the horticulture plants has high economic value. This research aims to determine reduction of farmer dependency by using anorganic fertilizer with giving liquid organic fertilizer (POC) at green house of UPT Food Plant Agribusiness Developmnent and Horticulture Lebo, Sidoarjo in polybag on March 2019. The research was used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) of two factors composed by the first factor namely urea fertilizer dose (N) with 4 levels namely without urea (N0), 100 % urea (N1), 75% urea (N2) and 50% urea (N3). The second factor is POC dose (B) with 3 levels, namely without POC (B0), 5 ml/liter POC consentration (B1) and 10 ml/liter POC consentration (B2). The results of the research that there was siginificantly interaction from the combination treatment of 50% dose reduction urea fertilizer with giving 10 ml/liter POC (N3B2) of plant length, stem diameter, and wet weight .
