Abstract
The rise of indie music that is growing rapidly in the world makes Indonesia one of the countries with the largest indie music enthusiasts in the world. Assessing the development of indie music in the world can not be separated from the spotlight of the Indonesian band Barasuara. Barasuara isa rock, folk rock, alternative rock band from Jakarta that has been established since 2012. His presence has made the world of independent music interesting to listen to. Not only that, Barasuara also has other uniqueness. That uniqueness comes from its personnel. Barasuara personnel not only work in Barasuara, but each personnel has their own work with different qualities and characters. One of them is Puti Chitara, a solo singer from Jakarta who has started her career since 2011. In 10 years in the music world, Puti Chitara already has two albums. The second album titled "Goodnight" was released digitally on November 30, 2016 and was released physically in 2017 and contains eight songs in it. Puti Chitara admitted that it took up to about two years to work on material from her second album. For five years in the absence of a new album is a very long thing, usually an active musician only gives a maximum distance of four years to release a new album. This can make fans saturated and slowly leave Puti Chitara. The design was titled "Designing Limited Edition Boxset Album Goodnight by Puti Chitara". The design of this boxset was chosen as a medium that can re-embrace the listeners and fans of Puti Chitara who still remain loyal, to feel closer and not saturated with the development of Puti Chitara who has not released an album again after the release of the second album. Data analysis with this method uses question sentences formulated in 5W+1H, i.e. what (what), who , why , when , where (where) and how (how). This data analysis was used in The Design of Limited Edition Box Set Album "Goodnight" by Puti Chitara to dig up information.
