Abstract
ABSTRACT Indonesia-China cooperation has been around for a long time. started to collaborate with the Business to Business scheme and this partner relations with China. The form of cooperation is construction of the KCIC (Indonesia-China Fast Train) project. this development which started in 2015 and will be completed in 2021. The KCIC project is the first project for Indonesia and it is also a technology Latest for Indonesia. This development also brings in foreign workers from China for the reason that China has experience doing it work building fast trains. Because Chinese workers have Get certification from Siemens, Germany. Fast train to be built in Indonesia it has a route from Jakarta-Bandung and has a speed of 350 km/hour. Travel time is only 36 minutes to 40 minutes. This fast train passing through four stations namely; Halim Station, Karawang Station, Station Padalarang, Tegalluar Station. Construction of the KCIC (Fast Train) project Indonesia-China) in 2020 experienced many obstacles. These obstacles delayed the construction of this project temporary time. Then the Indonesian government tried to overcome it this challenge by providing several policies that are in accordance with theory public-private partnership. Because from the theory of public private partnership that every foreign private company is obliged to provide compensation and constitute full responsibility for the foreign private sector even if the project is not implemented or has been implemented. From here, the Chinese side does not want to interfere again because you don't want to lose. That's why Indonesia is learning overcome KCIC project problems.
