Abstract
This field work practice contains web implementation designsu bmitting digital facilities and infrastructure based on Laravel framework with oracle 12c database at PT. PDAM SURYA SEMBADA. On work practices This field can be seen as a strategy for advancing the company within handle a problem that is within the scope of the company by This website can help solve this problem. A website designed to solve problems with more optimally, namely by using the web for reporting damage, replacement and so on. Reporting problems can only be accessed by employees the company, namely every division that can submit reports of existing problems surroundings. The stages for carrying out the reporting process are by going to next website page by logging in as a user on the user dashboard There is a submission menu containing the report type, description, function and name If the division has submitted the application, it will be entered into the Oracle database. If the user has submitted an application, it will be processed by the admin The further process, namely the assessment of applications, involves several parties, namely directors' requests, funding, services and security. Assessment of submission data This is to determine the level of importance with the highest value prioritization of repair processing. Submission of reports by employees can help to make a solution and company progress in dealing with a problem. Web which has been designed to make reporting easier and reducing the possibility of the same thing happening because the application is selected by there is agreement from various parties in the company.
