Abstract

A system is an order (integration) consisting of a number of functional components (with functional units and special tasks) which are interconnected and together aim to fulfill a certain process which, for example, can also help an organization in carrying out its operational areas. The East Java Provincial Plantation Service is an implementing element of regional autonomy which is under and responsible to the Governor through the Regional Secretary in the plantation sector. We designed and built an Information System at the East Java Plantation Service in the UPT PPBTP Section which is useful for storing plantation data owned by the East Java Plantation Service, which is expected to make it easier to collect plantation data digitally and can be seen by everyone (transparency). A large system must have a complex structure and is always divided into several parts during its development. As in the Service Garden System (Si Bundi) that we will build, it is built divided into 2 parts of work, namely the Front End (the display that is visible to the User) and the Back-End (server-side that is only seen from the programmer's side) where we focusing on working on the Front-End side. Before building the program from the Front-End side, we first design a user interface/user experience design so that when building the application we don't lose direction and have minimal revisions. We used Figma's help to design several displays such as the Si Bundi landing page display, the Si Bundi mobile application display, and the QR Code display. By having a revised design before the program is built, this can anticipate feature revisions in the application so that they do not change much during development time. Then on the Front-End side or the display that is visible to the user that we have built, there are several products such as the Si Bundi application display on the Android operating system which was built using the React Native framework and the landing-page or main page display which was built with the ReactJS framework to deliver the user from the QR code goes to the application directly with the scanner on the user's smartphone.
