Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate of how much influence financial literacy, financial education in the family, and peers on personal financial management with locus of control as an intervening variable. Quantitative research was used in this research. The population in this study was 1295 undergraduate students from the UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur Accounting Study Program class 2019-2022. Using the Slovin method, a minimum sample of 93 was obtained. The sampling technique in this research used Simple Random Sampling. The assessment of the outer model and inner model in this research uses the SmartPLS 4 application. The results of the research show that peers have a direct influence on personal financial management, while financial literacy, family financial education, and locus of control have no influence on personal financial management; Financial literacy has a direct effect on locus of control, while family and peer financial education variables have no effect on locus of control. locus of control is not an intervening variable of financial literacy, family financial education, and peers on personal financial management.
