Abstract
Cultural Park is a place to explore activities culture that combines outdoor space and indoor space (in the form of a building). Tuban is a district in East Java that plays an important role especially in the development of Islam in Java. Because Tuban is a maritime trade center. So that the birth of art and culture based on Islam. Therefore, facilities are needed to accommodate these activities in the form of the "Bumi Wali" Cultural Park in Tuban. The location of the site selection is in the District of Palang, precisely in the Asmoroqondi Tomb. The activities accommodated include cultural arts activities kegiatan Islamic based, namely shadow puppet performances, gamelan art performances, qosidah art performances, and other arts. So that the facilities provided in the form of an amphitheater (outdoor performance space), Performances (Indoor Performance Space), Gallery and Museum, and gardens to gather. In this design process using the approach Neo-Vernacular architecture with Hybrid method. By elevating architecture Locality is the architecture that is in the Sunan Bonang Tomb area have philosophical values. The object is used as the basis for designing the appearance of the building in accordance with the hybrid method (combination). With the existence of the "Bumi Wali" Cultural Park in Tuban, it is hoped that community can develop arts and culture that have not been untouched or that have started to become extinct, to make this object as a a gathering place for the surrounding community that can be both educational and recreational.
