Abstract
This research aims to examine whether the model of store atmosphere and product variety contribute on Fourbunch Coffee consumers' interest in repeat visits Surabaya. In this research, the population is are consumers who have made purchases at Fourbunch Coffee Surabaya Sampling method using accidental sampling technique with numbers sample of 78 respondents. Data collection methods on This research uses survey and use methods partial least squares as a data analysis tool. From the results research shows that store atmosphere and variety Products influence consumer interest in repeat visits Fourbunch Coffee Surabaya, which means it's getting more interesting the shop atmosphere of Fourbunch Coffee Surabaya will be increase consumers' desire to visit again, Likewise, the better the variety of products offered Fourbunch Coffee Surabaya, will increase your desire consumers to visit again.
