Abstract

Red chili (Capsicum annuum L.) is a type of horticultural plant that has quite high economic value. The demand for red chilies is increasing every year, so efforts need to be made to increase the production of red chili plants. This research was conducted to determine the concentration and time interval for applying AB mix fertilizer to the growth of red chili plants. This research was conducted in Sawah Village, Kembangan Village, Kebomas District, Gresik Regency. The research was prepared using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 factors. The first factor is the concentration of AB mix fertilizer with 4 levels, the second factor is the time interval for giving AB mix fertilizer with 4 levels. The second combination is repeated 3 times. The results of the research showed that there was an interaction between concentration and time interval of application of mixed AB fertilizer on plant height and fruit weight per plant. The best results were obtained from treatment with a mixed AB fertilizer concentration of 2000 ppm and a fertilizer application interval of once a day
