Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of financial literacy, risk perception and self-efficacy on credit decisions mediated by financial inclusion. This research was conducted on MSMEs in Jombang Regency. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, namely a non-random sampling technique where information is obtained with certain considerations. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The data used is primary data and the data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the research show that 1) Financial literacy has a positive role in credit making decisions, 2) Risk perception does not have a direct role in credit making decisions, 3) Self efficacy has a positive role in credit making decisions, 4) Financial inclusion cannot mediate literacy finances on credit-making decisions, 5) Financial inclusion can mediate risk perceptions on credit-making decisions, and 6) Financial inclusion can mediate self-efficacy on credit-making decisions.
