Abstract
BUMDes as a social institution sides with the interests of the community through its contribution in providing social services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the role of Bumdes on Pompanization Irrigation Management and Bumdes Management efforts and to analyze the factors that affect the increase in rice productivity. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and survey. The sample in this study were 2 bumdes managers and 50 farmers so that the total number was 52 people. The analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that (1) the role of bumdes strives through planning, organizing, moving and controlling; (2) Bumdes has an important role in the management of pumped irrigation and so far Bumdes has carried out this role well; and (3) land area, farmers, fertilizers, arable land distance have a significant effect, while the factor of the amount of pesticides, the experience of farmers does not have a significant effect on the role of BUMDES in managing pumping. while simultaneously the land area, farmers, fertilizers, pesticides, farmers' experience, the distance of arable land, irrigation areas have a significant effect on the role of BUMDES in managing pumping.
