Abstract
UPTD motor vehicle testing is one of the service providers to carry out the KIR Test in Sidoarjo Regency. Where is the testing UPTD motorized vehicles Realizing safe transportation and services reliable test, based on information technology towards sustainable regional development independent, prosperous and beautiful. Provide Provide guarantee of safety on the use of motorized vehicles on the road. Preserving the environment from the possibility of pollution caused by the use of motorized vehicles in roads and provide public services to the community. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research focus used is in accordance with service quality UPTD motor vehicle testing. There are 6 general guidelines for The quality of service includes service procedures, completion time, costs services, service products, facilities and infrastructure, competence of service personnel. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results obtained, among others, are from stages of service procedures to the community, the time of service provided When carrying out the KIR test for motorized vehicles, the service fee is in accordance with the PERDA of Sidoarjo Regency number 13 of 2019, vehicle test service product motorized vehicles, facilities and infrastructure owned by the vehicle testing UPTD motorized, and the competence of service personnel carried out by the testing UPTD motor vehicle.
