Abstract
This study aims to analyze tourist satisfaction, identify internal and external factors of agritourism, and formulate a development strategy for Bale Tani Agrotourism in Bareng District, Jombang Regency. The research location was determined purposively. The analysis method used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index CSI to analyze tourist satisfaction and SWOT analysis to formulate development strategies. The results of the analysis show that the average value of conformity (Tki) is 96%, which means that there are still attributes of agritourism that are not in accordance with the expectations of tourists, while the tourist satisfaction index (CSI) is 78.49% convey that tourists are satisfied with agritourism. The development strategy of the SWOT analysis results shows the position of Bale Tani Agrotourism in quadrant I, imply that the right strategy is the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) because it has strong internal (strengths) and external (opportunities) factors.
