Abstract
In the current information age, websites play a significant role for companies operating in the IT world. They serve as a means of disseminating information to users, and by meeting users' information needs, the goal is to provide easy and fast access to the required information. In order to offer good service to users and facilitate digitalization, Zahir Accounting's website, https://zahiraccounting.com/id/, strives to provide quick information. However, no analysis has been conducted on the state of this website. By analyzing the website, valuable information can be obtained for the website owners to improve and develop it. The Zahir Accounting website will be analyzed using the PIECES method, which stands for Performance, Information/Data, Economic, Control/Security, Efficiency, and Service. This method is employed to evaluate various operational procedures within an organization, company, related institution, or government agency. The results of the analysis typically consist of statements assessing strengths and weaknesses, as well as what is good and bad. By using the PIECES method, it is hoped that it will aid in the utilization of the Zahir Accounting website.
