Abstract
Nowadays, the development of bottled drinking water (AMDK) is increasing, along with the increasingly busy and mobile Indonesian people, so that everything is required to be fast and practical. Bottled drinking water (AMDK), is drinking water that is ready to be consumed directly without having to go through a heating process first. Processed in several stages, using either a water purification process (reverse osmosis or without minerals) or a regular water treatment processing (Mineral) process. The target to be achieved from this activity is optimizing the use of spring water sources owned by the Kijan spring (Dusun Durek) of Giripurno Village to become one of the potentials for increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) of Giripurno Village, identifying models and systems for processing bottled drinking water. (AMDK) which is most feasible according to the technical and economic requirements for the Kijan spring (Dusun Durek).. and opens up employment opportunities for the people of Giripurno Village and creates a multiplier effect on other small businesses in Giripurno Village. The activity of Preparing a Bottled Drinking Water Business Plan (AMDK) in Giripurno Village was carried out in one area, namely in Durek Hamlet, Giripurno Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City, East Java. The scope of work for Preparing a Bottled Drinking Water Business Plan (AMDK) in Durek Hamlet is preparation activities, primary and secondary data collection, data processing and analysis, and reporting. According to the analysis of the design of the bottled drinking water industry which has been carried out in the context of developing the Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) business in Durek Hamlet, Giripurno Village, the conclusion is that the total need for Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) for the community in Giripurno Village is 22,336 liters. /day; The distribution channel in the first year of AMDK chose the Giripurno area as the initial distribution area by buying and selling through Village Cooperatives, Grocery Stores, Restaurants, and large events in Giripurno Village; The maximum production capacity is 12000 liters/day, because in this case there is a shrinkage of 20%. The largest production capacity in the glass bottled water industry is 100 cartons/day; and the total investment required for the bottled drinking water (AMDK) production process is IDR. 856,412,260 which was obtained in full by investors from third parties outside the Giripurno Village APBD.
