Abstract
Fresh catfish into catfish floss is an effort to not only extend the product's shelf life but also to produce added value from fresh catfish. This research aims to identify the process of making catfish floss, analyze the profits and added value produced by the Bu Tri catfish floss agroindustry in Tenggilis Mejoyo District, Panjang Jiwo Village, Surabaya City. Data collected for research was from 1 agro-industry owner and 3 agro-industry workers. The added value analysis method used is the Hayami Method which produces added value produced by the Bu Tri catfish floss agroindustry of IDR. 15,393/kg with a value added ratio of 18.65%, included in the medium category because it is >15%. The value of profits obtained by agro�industry players is IDR. 10,393,- with a profit ratio of 67.51%
