Abstract
The success achieved by the company in running its business is inseparable from human resource factors . The importance of the work results of employees can support the company's development going forward to obtain good employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of UD Diyamin's production department. The research method used is a quantitative method and data collection using a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale as a measurement tool . The population and sample of this study were all 33 respondents of UD Diyamin production work using saturated sampling technique . The data used are primary data while the analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of research conducted: 1). Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of UD Diyamin's production department. 2). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of UD Diyamin's production department .
