Abstract
THE EFFECT OF REGIONAL ORIGINAL INCOME (PAD), GENERAL ALLOCATION FUNDS (DAU), AND SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUNDS (DAK) ON CAPITAL EXPENDITURES IN CIREBON CITY Hilda Dyah Safitri Development Economics Study Program faculty of Economics and Business East Java "Veteran" National Development University 19011010167@student.upnjatim.ac.id ABSTRACT The existence of decentralization and regional autonomy is expected to have an impact or improve services for the community, both directly and indirectly. The allocation of capital expenditure in Cirebon City from year to year is said to be quite good, because it depends on regional needs each year. This study aims to see the effect of Regional Original Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK) on Capital Expenditure in Cirebon City in 2012- 2021. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research that describes the mode, mean, and median or tests the hypothesis of a statistical data for a particular use. There is time series data that this research uses, namely data collection that is carried out at different times, which can be done on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. The population in this study is the Cirebon City Government, while the samples in this study are Regional Original Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), and Cirebon City Capital Expenditures for 2012-2021. The data testing method used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing which includes the coefficient of determination and t test or partial test, with the help of the Eviews 10 software program. The results showed that there was no significant effect of Original Income Regional and General Allocation Funds for Capital Expenditures. However, the General Allocation Fund has a significant influence on Capital Expenditures.
